Toxic workplace culture affects- Diversity & Inclusion(belongingness), ultimately affecting Innovation & productivity.

The campaign sheds light on how self awareness through DiSC is key to understanding their team & becomes a starting point of building a people centric workplace culture. Strategy behind the campaign has been developed using Mark pollards 4 points framework.
